The end of lock down! My first post Covid shoot.
After what seemed like a lifetime, Wales finally opened back up for travel on the 6th of July. I know everyone had a different experience of lock down. I used my time in lock down as a chance to learn and grow as a photographer. Don’t get me wrong, I had good days and bad days just like most people. But for me, it was more important knowing that I was doing my bit to stop the spread (being furloughed and paid to stay at home didn’t hurt). So, here we are, half getting back to what will be the norm until there’s a vaccine, half hoping there’s not a second wave. But on the 11th of July, I had my first shoot post Covid. I was rusty, I’ll admit, but it felt great to get out there again and back to doing what I love (cheesy I know). I love how the images of the session came out. I can’t take all the credit though, Kyle and Athena were complete naturals in front of the camera. They are the most adorable couple and I’m so grateful to be able to spend time with them and capture their love.
